Tasting & Notes

On this page I will conduct tastings of both commercial beer and home brew. I will rate it in the following area's

Appearance - What does it look like, color, head, lacing
Smell - What type of aroma does the beer have
Taste - What is the taste, sweet, bitter, malty, etc.
Mouth Feel - Thick, thin, Etc.
Overall - What is my overall opinion of the beer

I will rate each area on a scale from 1-5.
